  • Nolee Anderson-Hendren, GRIT Program Specialist

    Craftswoman, business owner and graduate of the Missoula College Carpentry Program in 2018, Nolee has been dedicated to teaching women and young girls tool skills and getting more women interested in trades work since the inception of GRIT in 2017. Her dedication to her craft, and her involvement in the Mike Rowe WORKS Foundation; working alongside Wolverine Boots through Project Bootstrap has afforded her opportunities to travel, build, and teach all over the country. Her work as a trades advocate and instructor has her featured in Forbes, This Old House, Rural Builder, and The New York Times.

  • John Freer Program Director, Missoula College

    With an exceptional history of work in the field of energy and environmental Design (LEED) and the broader building construction industry, as well as in community advocacy and outreach, John Freer has served and promoted many Montana based industry professionals and students alike. Among many additional titles, John is the Program Director of the Sustainable Construction Technology department of the Missoula College.

  • Katherine Booher, Program Director of Construction Trades Workforce Development, Accelerate Montana

    Katherine is a workforce developer with 5+ years of experience working in the postsecondary education and training spaces. She is passionate about connecting individuals with the training that they need to achieve their career goals and believes that skills in the trades can transform individuals, families, and Montana communities. She holds an M.A. student affairs administration from Michigan State University and is currently completing a doctorate in education leadership from the University of Montana.
